1 Scope & Applicability

Bajliv (bundles: bajliv.biz) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between bajliv and all its registered members ("Users").

These Terms apply automatically when you use bajliv's website, mobile app, or any other platform. They are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account on bajliv, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. bajliv does not permit minors to create an account.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and online betting must be permitted in your area.
• An individual may only a to open an account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you agree to provide an active mobile number and a valid ID (NID/Passport). bajliv reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.

3 Account Management

The security of your bajliv account is entirely your responsibility. You are required to follow these account security guidelines:

• Never share your login password with anyone.
• Always log out after using your account, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• Identity verification is required to change the mobile number linked to your account.

Bajliv accounts are non-transferable. Placing bets on behalf of third parties or using their funds to bet is strictly prohibited. If such activity is found, the account will be closed.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on bajliv:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless specifically authorized by bajliv in certain circumstances.
• Each bet has a set minimum and maximum limit, which may vary depending on the circumstances.
• If a match or event is cancelled or left unresolved, bajliv will settle the bet in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Bajliv is not liable for any bets missed due to internet disruptions during live betting.
• Bajliv reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error in the bajliv system.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All rules regarding financial transactions on bajliv are outlined below:

• Deposit: Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and other approved methods. Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Withdraw: Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.
• If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, bajliv reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal and request additional verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bajliv offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. The following terms apply to all bonus usage:

• Every bonus carries a specific wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.
• Each user may claim any promotional offer once only.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Bajliv reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a cash withdrawal can be made.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajliv:

• Match fixing or attempting to illegally influence the outcome of a match
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses (multi-accounting)
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Using another person's account or placing bets on their behalf
• Engaging in money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to bajliv's systems
• Fraudulent activities conducted using the bajliv name or logo

8 Responsible Betting

Bajliv is committed to responsible betting. We want our members to enjoy betting as entertainment, not let it become an addiction.

Bajliv provides the following tools for its members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a daily limit on how much you bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Bajliv reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Upon receiving a valid order from a competent authority

10 Limitations of Liability

Bajliv is not liable for the following:

• Any loss resulting from internet disconnection or third-party service failure
• Loss of account access due to the user's own negligence
• Missing a bet due to a technical error
• Service disruption due to external causes (natural disasters, government restrictions)

In any case, bajliv's maximum liability is limited to the principal amount of the transaction in question.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Bajliv takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Data collected during registration is used solely for service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Personal data is never sold to third parties. However, information may be disclosed upon receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority.
